After starting as a Residential Computing Consultant, I was promoted to manage the team supporting technology in UNC’s residence halls.
The role combined hands-on troubleshooting with people and operations leadership. I learned to set clear expectations, coordinate a large student staff, and maintain dependable service for a campus-scale customer base.
